Delivery is a ‘door-to-door‘ service only. Couriers are unable to take products into your rooms or up stairs and small lifts. Drivers will also not unpack and take rubbish away.
**RESIDENTIAL** – Couriers are unable to call in advance & if you are unavailable to receive your delivery all items will be left with an ‘authority to leave‘ in a safe place. If the courier deems the delivery address to be unsafe to leave your items, they will be taken back to the depot and you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
**COMMERCIAL ADDRESS** – Couriers are unable to call in advance & if you are unavailable to receive your delivery all items will be returned to the depot. You will be charged a redelivery fee.

I purchased the adjustable beauty bed from Lily Beauty because I’ve always loved her lash products and wanted to support the company. I knew I could find similar beds cheaper elsewhere, but I chose Lily Beauty because of the trust factor and the advertised 320kg rating, which was the highest weight rating I could find.
Unfortunately, the bed has been nothing but a problem since I received it. The remote continually malfunctioned, leaving my clients stuck in awkward positions mid-service, and I had to manually help them down because the bed wouldn’t return to flat. On top of that, the bed was pulling heavily to the left, tearing the vinyl along the side.
I contacted Lily Beauty and was referred to the manufacturer. They sent me replacement leather panels, a new remote, and a motor. As a lash technician — not an electrician — I had to pay someone to install these parts, plus an additional $120 through customs. After installation, the bed no longer had its light feature, and having a functional remote only highlighted the bigger issue: the hoist mechanism is bent and broken, causing the whole bed to pull aggressively to the left. This makes the bed extremely unstable and dangerous to use, especially for heavier clients (which is exactly why I purchased this particular bed in the first place). The strain has torn two bolts out of the frame, and I’ve had to cancel appointments and go back to using a massage table that isn’t rated for heavier weight.
I have emailed repeatedly, sent videos, and requested assistance. Despite the product being under a 2-year warranty, I have been completely ignored by Lily Beauty after the initial referral to the manufacturer. I now have a $3,599+ bed that is unsafe, unusable, and taking away from my livelihood as a home-based lash technician.
I am writing this review because I want a proper resolution: either a replacement bed that functions as advertised or a full refund. Ignoring customers who have legitimate safety concerns is unacceptable. I supported Lily Beauty because I believed in the brand, and I expected a product that worked — or at the very least, proper warranty support.
Super sturdy. No more worries about serving clients who are a little chubby. It holds up perfectly.
I was nervous about the delivery timeline, but mine arrived within the 8-week window. The wait was worth it. Now I can focus on my work without worrying about back pain anymore. Such a relief, guys.
I’ve noticed my clients are more relaxed during sessions. The memory foam (if I recall right) makes a huge difference in comfort.
My old lash bed was made of wood, and honestly, every session I worried a client might fall off. I prayed daily that it wouldn’t happen and that one day I could afford a better bed. That day has finally come. I'm a bit chubby, and when I tested this bed, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Now I can just focus on lashes. I hope it lasts long.
