At Lily Beauty Lash Supplier, we always give priority to our customers' satisfaction and shopping experience. However, if you have purchased a faulty item from us, the item can be returned and we will either process an exchange or refund for you. Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.

For that reason, we offer our customers a lenient returns policy which allows you to get a full refund or exchange for any products you are not happy with. All of the purchases within Australia have 30 days to return items with ANY REASON. Lily Beauty Lash Supplier reserves the right to refuse returns which are not received within a reasonable time frame.

• If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund and we will pay for shipping fee.

* For other return reasons, the return costs are paid by the customers. Lily Beauty Lash Supplier is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
